Me Made May :: Round 2

Well here’s my documentation of days 7 – 12 for Me Made May.  (If you don’t know what I’m talking about, take a look here).  I’m figuring out a few things about MMM.

  1. It’s not that hard to wear the clothes I have made.  I pretty much have loved this challenge, and love being forced to wear the things that I have spent my time to make.
  2. I don’t so much love having my picture taken every day.
  3. But, having my picture taken every day has made me actually think about what I’m wearing.  If the camera is going to see it, I want it to look good.  Maybe I should think about if my friends, family, husband is going to see me dressed in this outfit, I want it to look good.  Hmm…

Me Made May 2014

Top Row Left to Right:  Grainline Archer Tank Top, Self Drafted T Shirt and Linen &Leather Tote, Unblogged Pajama Shorts

Bottom Row:  April Rhodes Riding Peplum, Grainline Scout Tee, White Circle Skirt

Last Friday, Bubba was sick, so I stayed home all day.  Which means I didn’t leave my pajamas at all.  Good thing I have a pair of me made pajamas in my drawer (my favorite pajama shorts, by the way)!

This challenge has had me looking deeper into my closet for items I haven’t worn in a while, like my white circle skirt.  You’d think if I let it take up precious space in my closet (my closet is tiiiiny) that I would wear it often.  Going to from now on!

12 days down, 19 more to go!  Woo hoo!

  • Teresa, Me Made May sounds like a wonderful challenge! You make gorgeous things!
